The PT23 is a Numerical Controlled machine specially developed for drilling and inserting PEANUT plastic hardware on the edge. This machine has the option to perform the vertical face routing with a mechanical copier for Peanut assembling.
The machine offers a Full PC interface with 1300 mm useful working field divided in zones for pendulum processing, 4 reference stops are standard.
On request the machine can be equipped with drilling, gluing and wooden dowel insertion unit.

PC Interface
OMAL utilises Wood System by TPA CAD as the software interface for the machine. The user friendly software makes the PT23 extremely versatile.
The PT23 is equipped with a full PC interface used for writing and saving programs.
The software has a list manager that allows different parts to be run in each field and to control the production sequence. Lists can be saved for future reference plus the machine can be controlled by bar code list and/or program names.
Working Zones and Clamps
The selection of the working zones (left, left center, right center, or right) is determined by the machine. The center reference is excludable for large panels. Heavy duty rectangular clamps with double pistons and easy set up for different material thicknesses fully complies with CE safety regulations.
The PT23 clamps are suitable to protect delicate materials holding panels horizontally for edge drilling.
Glue Gun
The triple sealed gluing systems ensures no leakage and is complete with a sensor to monitor performance.
No drip glue nozzle : Omal utilizes stainless steel pin and nozzle assembly precisely machined to ensure water/glue does not leak. Omal manufactures is own glue guns using a 3 seal system to avoid glue from seeping back through the needle. Programmable electronic control of glue amount. Peanut Insertion
