Where we deliver to and what it costs
We only ship from within New Zealand, and we deliver anywhere in New Zealand. The cost of freight depends on the weight or size of the item/s as well as the location. This is automatically calculated when you supply your address on the cart checkout page. All prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise noted.
Cancellation policy
Once you have placed your order we cannot guarantee we'll be able to cancel your order but if you contact us promptly we'll attempt to refund you. Please note this may incur a restocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If the product is faulty please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will repair, exchange or refund at our discretion.
