The C 700+ with its unique design is currently the safest undertable cross-cut saw in the world. It can be expanded any time with a variety of options. Moreover, it can be easily linked to other WEINIG machines or integrated into production lines.

Optimum safety, The completely re-engineered machine design includes a protection shield, downholders and two-hand control in the standard version. In addition, it offers a quick lowering and pneumatically controlled saw blade. Furthermore, the saw aggregate lowers securely even in case of an unpredicted interruption of the cutting process (e.g. pneumatic or power failure).

Perfect cutting cycle, The cutting cycle of the C 700+ has been optimised significantly with regard to the handling of small and big cross sections. The saw unit is moved onto two guide rails. The saw blade rises from its initial position at the front and moves backwards during the saw cut. For a time-saving handling of small cross sections, the saw unit can be locked in its rearmost position to carry out short-strokes.

Comfortable access for maintenance, The saw blade cover can be opened easily on the side of the machine to get access to the saw blade for maintenance purposes. An electric guard prevents entry during the cutting process.

Connection to the automatic positioning system EasyStop option

Thanks to the EasyStop positioning system combined with C 700+, you are no longer obliged to adjust the workpieces by hand.

The OptiCut C 700+ undertable cross-cut saw is upgradeable by the automatic positioning system EasyStop which can be used at the same time as length stop device and positioning pusher. Thanks to the pressure sensitive touchscreen of the operating device OptiCom, the system can be handled easily and in an intuitive way.

Thanks to this combined system, you are no longer obliged to adjust the workpieces by hand - let EasyStop do this job! The positioning system refers to the saw cut and automatically aligns the workpieces to the requested length.

Largest possible cross-section

With the saw aggregate mounted on two guideways allowing a combination of horizontal and vertical saw blade movement, the 630Ø mm blade with upgraded 7.5kw motor allows cutting up to 210 x 500 mm or 750 x 50 mm of solid Timber, Hardwoods, Glulam, LVL and CLT. For smaller material, the saw unit is locked in its vertical movement position to carry out a short cut stroke, speeding up the cutting process.

Safeball ergonomically designed control

Safeball is a completely new approach to the design of one and two-hand safety devices. Safeball consists of a spherical ball containing two embedded push button switches, one on each side of the ball. By using this push button configuration, the risk of unintentional activation is minimized and the device is simple and ergonomic to use.

Accessible work area

When the saw process is activated the hold-down device is lowered and at the same time the front pneumatic protection shield is raised. After the saw cut, the hold-down device and the shield are unlocked only after the saw blade has been lowered. The loading of material is not hindered in anyway, allowing easy access for the operator to use and see what is happening while offering the highest safety level.
