You can now round ABS and PVC corner edges in less than 3 seconds. Simply place the workpiece into the unit, press the pedal and the corner is rounded. It really is that simple and precise. Felder's corner rounding unit offers professional processing of all types of workpiece edges including edges of post or soft forming materials.

Workpiece holder
The pneumatic clamp prevents the workpiece from slipping during processing. This guarantees optimum working results, even when working with larger workpieces.
Processed materials
The ERM 1050 offers professional processing of all types of edges incl ABS, PVC and solid strips between 0.4 and 3.0 mm in thickness. Additionally the ERM 1050 can also process post- or softforming workpieces.
Router bits
The use of different router bits increases the flexibility and range of material that can be used. In addition the support bed provides a perfect processing of the workpiece. As standard 2 router bits are provided with 2 mm and 3 mm radius.
Drive
The machine runs totally on air pressure with a minimum of 6.5 Bar required. This means that the router motor, the movement of the routers and the workpiece clamp are all pneumatically controlled.
