Hydromat 3500
The perfect machine when producing profiled timber, boards and mouldings. Small or large scale business, it doesn’t matter - the Hydromat 3500 is the ideal machine!
Highly equipped in standard design, but also with a wide range of accessories that makes the machine individually specified. The compact machine dimensions, the fully automatic positioning system by PowerCom and the ergonomically designed structure make the tool changing very simple. With separate feed motors, the Hydromat 3500 is 15% more energy efficient than using traditional feeding systems - just one of many advantages.
Hydromat 4000
Top quality at a fair price. Dimension planing and moulding up to 300mm width with feed speeds up to 200m/min.
This is the planer and moulder for beam or board material. The absolute width parallelism by the opposing vertical spindles is a highlight. The extremely reliable feed system with large rollers above and within the table protects the continuous transport even with difficult timber. Straight and profile jointers that can be remotely operated provide continuously perfect surfaces. Motor ratings up to 53kW (72hp) guarantee the highest chipping capacity. The short compact machine with up to 6 spindles is ideal as an individual machine or to be used in production lines. Hydromat 5000
The flexible automatic planer for large batches with a feed speed up to 400m/min.
This planer and moulder catapults you into a different dimension of productivity! At the same time you do not have to rely on large batches: With the modern PowerCom PC and the PowerCom organisation software, you reduce the setting times to a minimum. And you get an excellent finish when planing as well as moulding. The extremely reliable feed system protects with large rollers equipped with bearings on both sides and positioned above and within the table, ensuring continuous transport even with difficult timber. The straight and profile jointers that can be remotely operated provide perfect surfaces. Motor ratings up to 110kW (150hp) guarantee the highest chipping capacity. Automatic clamps of the spindles and guide rails on the left hand side make the operation easy and safe. On account of the modular system, various spindle arrangements consistent with your production are available.
