Heavy Duty Machine Frame Construction
It starts with a solid machine frame. The machine frame is made from steel beams 260 x 160 x 8mm. Approximate weight 3000kG.
The frame is robotically welded then put through an annealing process whereby it is heat treated to 590°C. The frame is then powder coated and machined on a 5 axis CNC.
Precision Air Bearing Table
Featuring a double translational air bearing table, this machine ensures exceptional movement flexibility tailored to the exact hole positions. The design not only supports the plate effectively but also enhances drilling accuracy. 2 Milling spindles
2 milling spindles 5.5kW and 3.5kW , 18000rpm (top and bottom).
The upper milling spindle, due to its increased power, has the ability to work with various tools and carry out various operations - milling under the LAMELLO coupler, side milling and grooving .
5-station linear tool change
The top milling spindle is equipped with a 5-station linear tool change , which saves time when switching from one type of processing to another.

Automatic clamps
Two automatic clamps will allow you to securely fix the workpiece with a length of 70mm. up to 2800mm and perform fewer interceptions during drilling, which significantly increases the speed of the work cycle compared to machines with a single grip. The maximum speed has been increased to 140m/min .
Vertical clamp
The top milling spindle is equipped with a powerful vertical clamp with two pressure plates . Improves milling accuracy and prevents damage to the workpiece.
Batch drilling mode

Control panel

Easy workpiece movement
Easy movement of parts on the table occurs due to the air flow supplied by a special electric fan through the holes in the upper part of the table, thereby eliminating the possible appearance of scratches on the lower surface of the part.

The minimum workpiece size is 70x35mm , which allows for the addition of small-sized parts.
